Responsibilities:
Demonstrates working knowledge of product/service features and how products/services are used in customers' businesses Demonstrates knowledge of standard business practices and procedures Performs tasks related to pre-sales service, order fulfilment and post-sales service - Addresses moderately complex issues Resolves moderately complex customer issues with minimal supervision - Communicates complex information on products and services.
Recommends alternate products to meet customer needs Has developed knowledge and skills in own job family; Still acquiring / expanding fundamental knowledge and higher-level skills Applies knowledge and skills to a variety of standard activities Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge Education/
Experience:
2-4 years' experience Strong communication skills:
May be required to travel up to 10% of time Computer skills:
Windows based applications:
MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Oracle 11, SAP, JDE preferred.
10% travel to quarterly meetings in Arizona and San Antonio.
