Responsibilities:
Demonstrates working knowledge of product/service features and how products/services are used in customers' businesses Demonstrates knowledge of standard business practices and procedures Performs tasks related to pre-sales service, order fulfilment and post-sales service - Addresses moderately complex issues Resolves moderately complex customer issues with minimal supervision - Communicates complex information on products and services.

Experience:
2-4 years' experience Strong communication skills:
