We seek a creative, savvy, and self-motivated individual who has outstanding administrative and organizational skills.
For more than 175 years, Barnert has served at the forefront of Reform Judaism, building sacred relationships and making joyful connections that nurture spiritual, intellectual, and ethical growth.
Seeking a part-time administrator to handle the following tasks:
Answer phones and manage member inquiries.
Manage Office Services - including but not limited to mail, photocopiers, ordering of supplies, managing Amazon account, setting Zoom meetings, maintaining petty cash and postage through Stamps.

Assist with sending prompt Thank You notes and acknowledgements.
Preparation of check requests and coding of outstanding invoices.
Coding of charges on the monthly credit card statement.
Ordering Food for Temple events.
Liaison with cemetery committee.
Looking for Someone with:
Excellent organizational, administrative and time management skills.
The ability to interact with Congregants in a positive, professional and confidential manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Database Management.
Familiarity with Reform Jewish customs a plus.
