Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates - Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date - Assist with employee orientation and training programs - Support organization invarious administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing HR documents - Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict management and resolution - Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to management - Assist with HR projects, such as implementing new HR systems or processes - Utilize HR software systems such as PeopleSoft, Paylocity, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) - Support change management initiatives within the organization Payroll Tasks as assigned Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in data entry and record keeping - Knowledge of HR sourcing strategies and techniques - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively - Experience with project management principles and practices - Familiarity with HR software systems such as PeopleSoft, Paylocity, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), or Dayforce This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for supporting the HR function.
