We have an immediate opportunity for a Project Coordinator to work with our F500 client in the Franklin Lakes, NJ area.
The primary function of the role is to provide assistance for project activities including: design control activities, project scheduling, budget tracking, purchase requisition creation, and management of documents in controlled systems.
The responsibilities related to design control include the creation and maintenance design history files (DHF), ensuring the completeness of contents, and coordination of the various elements of design control.
Primary
Responsibilities:
o Create/maintain the DHF based on the design control plan response and design control procedure
o Ensure that the DHF and its Table of Contents reflect the current status of the projects
o Assure that the protocols and reports are in the file.
o Create and route Engineering Change Orders (ECO) in support of project teams
o Answer questions on a project basis for ACR's, requirements for ECO's, and other design control requirements
o Facilitate meetings regarding required documentation and their progress
o Follow-up on documentation and signatures for Protocols and Reports
o Attend and participate in internal audits of project DHF's
o Assist in compiling information to be presented at design reviews
o Complete catalog number extensions between business regions
o Other responsibilities may include support for license agreements, patents, invention disclosures and maintaining confidential files, and other tasks as required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
