We are seeking a Security Administrator support one of our clients in Franklin Lakes, NJ.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience
o 5 to 7 years of IT work experience with a broad range of exposure to systems analysis, application development, database design and administration
o 1 to 2 years of experience with information security
o Requires knowledge of security issues, techniques and implications across all existing computer platforms.
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for the planning, design, enforcement and audit of security policies and procedures which safeguard the integrity of and access to enterprise systems, files and data elements.
o Responsible for acting on security violations
o Maintains knowledge of changing technologies, and provides recommendations for adaptation of new technologies or policies
o Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing data security policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future business expansion
o Provides management with risk assessments and security briefings to advise them of critical issues that may affect customer, or corporate security objectives
o Evaluates and recommends security products, services and/or procedures to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
o Oversees security awareness programs and provides education on security policies and practices.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
