Qualifications:
Business acumen: Master skills in understanding the business, being agile in a highly matrixed environment and applying expertise in communication with diverse groups of people and skill sets
Execution: Mastery of project scheduling skills and use of PPPM software (MS Project, Project Server)
Strategic thinking: Demonstrated ability to understand complex, at times ambiguous, multi-project environments and be able to quickly diagnose potential risks, issues and mitigation plans
Talent management: Demonstrated capability to facilitate groups of senior resources, provide candid feedback, ability to train people on complex tools sets, and excellence in working in a highly collaborative environment.
Personal credibility and integrity: Demonstrated excellent in professional communication, a high degree of integrity, and willingness/strength to do the right thing in difficult situations
Project/Program Leadership: Must be able to demonstrate mastery of PMO processes and best practices and have the ability to influence leaders to adopt these practices, tools, and templates into all projects
Minimum 10 years' experience complex project and program management in life sciences/consumer products
Geographic Scope: Ability to work in both Franklin Lakes, NJ and to travel to other locations, as necessary, with ability to speak & write fluent English
Software: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Project or Project Server
Preference will be given to candidates with Finance experience
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a Life Sciences customer facing organization (sales and marketing)
Primary responsibility for at least three full-cycle projects with $2M or more of budgeted value GxP and/or SOX experience
History working with shared services organizations
Process management/improvement and business/data analysis skills/experience
Software -- SAP 6.0; SharePoint; intermediate Excel skills, proficiency in PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
Creates project plans and works with key stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget
Manages project resources and scope
Manages integration of projects into programs
Holds and facilitates periodic project management meetings to discuss status and health of projects with key stakeholders; produces project status and health reports for publication to project sponsors and other key leadership throughout the organization
Manages risks and issues, ensuring mitigation processes are developed and effectively used, and that problems are resolved and escalated as appropriate
Manages project/program organizational change management
REQUIRED EDUCATION- BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related Analytical field required.
PREFERRED EDUCATION- MBA
The following certifications are not required but very highly desired:
? PMI, PMP certification
? LEED Certification
? CPIM and/or CIRM
? Six Sigma or Lean Management Certification
? Certification in accredited CPE courses in PPPM software systems

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
