Sales Planning/Territory Management

As a member of the Sales and Marketing Core Team this individual will lead the Sales Planning area of the Sales and Marketing Core Team (OTS) Design within the Everest Project. This will be a global role in which responsibilities will include Territory Management and Sales Analytics (BI). The individual will be responsible for having detailed knowledge of the design within the ERP System and be able to share and lead the implementation of the Design across all businesses and regions. This individual will work across businesses and regions in understanding their current policies and procedures today regarding how they manage and calculate their sales performance data and how it is implemented within their business and how the Everest Design will impact their processes going forward. They will lead the effort in working with the Businesses and Regions in understanding what BI Reports are available and how they will impact their daily business processes. As this individual works with the Core, Wave, Group, Site, Process and Support teams, they will perform the following:
o Become the Project expert on all aspects of the Sales Performance Design to include Territory Management and Sales Analytics(BI Reports)
o Review and understand current policies across all businesses and regions and how they will differ from the Everest design.
o Become knowledgeable of the "Day to Day" activities as it applies to the business and regional policies and be able to communicate what will change in the new design
o Work with business and regional leadership in order to educate them on the new Sales Performance and Analytics Design utilizing all resources available in order to gain support and acceptance within the organization
o Work with Groups, Sites and key Stakeholders to understand key areas of impact and potential gaps regarding their current process vs. the new design
o Document those gaps in accordance with the Everest procedures and work with project teams and leadership to identify potential solutions, risks and work around processes
o Assist in the development of all training material and ensure all material is current as it applies to each Wave.
o Become knowledgeable on all Everest processes ie Design Governance, Localization and Escalation procedures

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
