CRM Analyst / Project Manager (5 Month contract) - 7845

We have an immediate contract opportunity for a CRM Analyst / Project Manager, with one of our F500 clients in Franklin Lakes, NJ

Responsibilities:

The CRM Analyst is an individual contributor and member of the Market Access and Insights (MAI) team. The Analyst owns the development, deployment, and change management activities associated with our salesforce automation (SFA) and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives. Key accountabilities for the CRM Analyst include:
o Collaborating cross functionally to develop and maintain an SFA / CRM roadmap
o Developing and implementing a deployment plan for SFA and CRM, including ensuring training, identifying and closing adoption gaps, and understanding, prioritizing, and solutioning business needs
o Delivering insights on field sales and customer activities based on deep analytics of data captured in our SFA / CRM processes / system.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities
o Working closely with supervisor, develop a roadmap for implementing SFA and CRM across the US region
o Deploy SFA and CRM solutions consistent with roadmap and business strategy
o Enable key sales and marketing processes within our SFA / CRM system / process to accomplish business needs and field sales requests
o Act as US region liaison for SFA and CRM initiatives with Diabetes Care and other regional organizations
o Work closely with key user groups (e.g., field sales, marketing) to develop and drive a change management program for SFA and CRM
o Develop and manage user support model, including training programs, materials, and adoption support
o Develop and maintain sales tool training materials and participate in training users
o Act as a day to day manager of multiple SFA and CRM vendors
o Collect, synthesize, and recommend process and system improvements
o Develop insights to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness, working alongside field leaders and other MAI resources
o Work collaboratively with other business unit and IT counterparts to ensure integration and/or alignment
o Provide project updates and escalations to leadership team
o Keep pace with industry trends, and bring innovations back to MAI for potential deployment
o Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
o BS/BA, preferably in a technical field, information systems, finance, or business administration
o MBA or advanced degree in technical field preferred
o PMI or other project management certification / training a plus
o 3
years supporting marketing and field sales organizations in a sales operations, analytic, insight or other technical capacity, preferably in healthcare or CPG industries
o 3
years of experience as an advanced user / admin of an industry-leading SFA / CRM solution (e.g., salesforce.com)
o At least intermediate skills in Excel (at least lookups and pivottables).
o Ability to work collaboratively within teams and across business units
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to present information clearly and effectively
o Field selling or marketing experience a plus but not required
o Experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical company preferred
o Knowledge of the diabetes market a plus but not required

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
