We are seeking a Business Analyst to support one of our customers in Franklin Lakes, NJ for a 12 month contract.
Responsibilities:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related science or engineering field with 3-5 years' experience
o Experience with software development lifecycle documentation and software testing in GxP environments
o Experience supporting medical device testing services for GLP biocompatibility testing
o Must be team oriented and have strong interpersonal skills and attention to details
o Must have excellent written communication, organization and time management skills
o Must be proficient with MS Office applications, including Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Sharepoint
o Must be knowledgeable of 21 CFR Part 11 requirements and validation.
Responsibilities:
o The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for working with scientists, quality and informatics professionals to support the adoption of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
o This position is responsible for IT system validation and associated documentation for a corporate group that performs biocompatibility and analytical chemistry testing in compliance with ISO 17025 and GLP requirements for medical devices and therapeutics
o Analyzes workflows and creates diagrams to identify opportunities for improvements as well as facilitate determination of IT system requirements
o Determines and documents user requirements for IT systems
o Creates other IT system validation documentation, including validation protocols, test scripts and validation reports
o Develops end user manuals, system documentation, and operational procedures
o Supports continuous improvement projects to automate manual and paper-based processes using electronic documents, workflows and digital archives
o Must be team oriented and have strong interpersonal skills and attention to details
o Must have excellent written communication, organization and time management skills
o Must be proficient with MS Office applications, including Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Sharepoint
o Must be knowledgeable of 21 CFR Part 11 requirements and validation
