ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
Clinical Research & New Solutions develops, deploys and manages programs and capabilities rooted in health decision science. This department serves clients and patients through programs and services that support better drug choices, better pharmacy choices, and better health choices. The department includes Knowledge Solutions, Consumer Solutions, Customer Solutions, Research & New Solutions and Clinical Services.
## JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary purpose for this job is to provide direct analytic support for the Personal Health Solutions product area. The Director position will need to provide opportunity analytics, up-sell support and general analytic support for all aspects of the product suite with respect to the product owners. This role will need to grow and develop the Integrated Data space (medical and RX) as well as set strategy for initiatives within this umbrella. The Director will need to collaborate with the product owners to potentially develop new solutions. The Director will also have analytic oversight of the Worker's Comp product division. In addition to this, the Director will be partnering with Research on a variety of analytic effort as well as providing support to the Pharma group with regard to clinical product analytics.

Essential Functions:
Development and Innovation - Key lead for developing new reports, models and analytic solutions within the Personal Health Solutions product line. Responsible for advancing the analytic space and looking for innovative ways to present data in order to help up sell.
Collaboration - Director will need to collaborate with multiple departments across the company including Product Management, Finance, Pharma, Research, Worker's comp and internal Knowledge Solutions areas. Director will need to facilitate hand-offs between multiple areas and will be asked to provide SME support on multiple projects/initiatives.
Project management and prioritization - Director will be overseeing multiple projects and initiatives related to the product and worker's comp space. Director will need to be able to manage multiple initiatives at the same time and negotiate timelines/priority with stakeholders.
Lead role in presenting to internal and product leadership with regard to strategic direction, analysis and presentation of key findings within specific product areas.
Establish an infrastructure to support product and client requests as well as foster team advancement and development. Establish training guidelines, participate in cross functional leadership meetings and create an executive presence.
Communication - effectively communicate goals, outcomes, direction to all stakeholders including internal employees. Create a unified voice and en environment for open dialogue and collaboration.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
10-15 years relevant experience or Master's degree in relevant discipline with 8-12 years experience
Superior analytical, strategic planning, communication and problem solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office software, SAS, SQL; experience in pulling data
Demonstrated ability to multi task, problem solve, and work in fast paced environment.
Customer service focus
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage work load and meet project deadlines
Demonstrated initiative, independent thinker and worker
Detail-oriented
Comfortable working with numerical data and information
Ability to identify, design, recommend, and implement efficient, innovative business solutions to clients' complex benefits challenges

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
