The IT Technology Analyst provides incident and problem management using Client standard processes while ensuring the compliance to Client defined security standards. Performs analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex incidents and problems by implementing corrective actions in order to ensure operational continuity. The Analyst will often have to coordinate and communicate effectively between different infrastructure teams, vendors, regional and local support to achieve superior results and overcome operational challenges. The IT Technology analyst will often participate in rollouts of new technology initiatives.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
