Looking for a great opportunity? We seek candidates with strong vendor management experience as well as in-depth experience in compensation and US benefits (including working knowledge of US Healthcare Reform) for the role of North America Total Awards Director. In this role you will be responsible for the design, implementation, communication, governance, and management of all regional reward (compensation. Benefits & Retirement) programs. You will be responsible for providing oversight and direction for rewards related activities. You will be responsible for aligning the North America total rewards strategy to business priorities and ensure market competitiveness. You will serve as a thought partner and advisory to the organization in delivering total rewards strategic agenda and developing reward packages. You will serve as a member of the Worldwide Total Rewards Leadership Council.
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree and ten (10) or more years progressive rewards related experience. Preference given to candidates with a Masters degree. Candidates must have extensive experience in the US Healthcare Reform Act. Must have strong knowledge of current and future rewards trends and practices. Must have the ability to manage large-scale change in a complex, matrix environment. Must have hands on knowledge in successfully designing, implementing, and managing compensation, benefits, retirement and wellness plans/programs. Must have in-depth compensation and US benefits experience. Must have excellent leadership capabilities and demonstrated ability to manage others directly and indirectly, while fostering a team-oriented environment. Must have strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative skills. Must have the ability to quickly assess and resolve issues, while translating complex information into concise and understandable terms.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
