Job Description:
This position is responsible for the design, development and implementation of Portfolio/Project Management solutions. This includes identifying gaps with current toolsets, coordinating improvement efforts of the toolsets and training users of the tools. This position also provides guidance and best practice approaches for managing BD's portfolio of work using solutions in place. Successful candidates need to demonstrate strong communication skills, must be willing to lead and be led by peers, as well as be capable of establishing and maintaining good working relationships. The position offers excellent opportunities to become familiarized with managing SAP projects, BD's core business processes in addition to exposure to senior management.
Additional Responsibilities:
o Defines and establishes solutions for BD to effectively manage its portfolio of work. This includes the implementation of MS Project Server for IT.
o Coordinates with other EPMO functions such as Portfolio/Project Managers, Resource Management and Performance Management who will help define processes, requirements and implement the toolsets.
o Works with Project Managers, Resource Managers and team members who will be users of the solutions implemented.
o Identifies gaps, recommends and implements improvements to tools and processes.
o Assists EVEREST teams with tools needed to close out the program and Global Rollout teams for implementing new toolsets for the program.
o Assists other EPMO team members to improve internal tools and processes for the organization.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
