Experience in SAP order management, Metrics and reporting SAP, IDOCs, EDI as required
Proficient in multiple computer systems including MS Office Word, Excel and Power Point.

Experience in SAP order management, Metrics and reporting SAP, IDOCs, EDI as required
Proficient in multiple computer systems including MS Office Word, Excel and Power Point
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Export Operations and Compliance Functions for regions assigned
Manage sales orders creation and/or changes for the assigned regions
Manage and execute export shipments from distribution centers on a timely manner for the assigned regions
Team up with World Wide Business, Regions and Carriers to generate efficiencies and process improvements in transit duration. This may require sporadic meetings in night hours
Run reports in SAP (e.g. incomplete orders, IDOCs, ASNs, Service Levels) providing feedback as the cause of error and recommendations for improvement
Process/Service Improvements projects including but not limited to root cause analysis (SAP, Exports)
Export Compliance monitoring activities. EAR regulations including familiarity with available exemptions/exceptions and classifications. ASN/IDOC reports and analysis
Work closely with international supply chain teams to ensure on time and cost effective delivery of shipments in line with WW business plans
Provide day-to-day export compliance and international transportation guidance to internal customers. Respond to inquiries regarding HTS and Schedule B classification,
ECCN classifications, documentation requirements, or other export regulations to ensure timely clearance
Provide timely feedback on root cause analysis on issues related to orders, GTS exemptions, IDOCs, ASN and other processes impacting other sitesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
