Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Word & Excel High Level of computer profficiency

Years SAP and BW Experience
Bachelors required . 1
years prior experience in a contact center with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets Working knowledge of Access database, preferred
Experience with patient privacy law and regulatory practice, prefered
Knowledge of supply chain practice in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
Operate as individual contributor or in team setting. Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Responsibilities:
Process, allocate, and track sales orders (among other functional tasks) in SAP 6.0
Fully understand all Customer Service SAP functions Communicate daily via phone and email with BD Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain Mgrs.
Communicate with BD Customers via phone (in call center) and email
Assist team members with daily tasks
Represent BD with high standards to internal and external customersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
